Molli Patterson BA, M.Ed.
Molli is the newest member of our mentoring team, located in Orange County, California. Molli has been teaching for 8 years and each summer she works as a creative writing teacher. She earned her BA in Liberal Studies with a minor in Social Sciences at California State University and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and an M.Ed. from National University. Before teaching in the traditional classroom, Molli taught an outdoor science program, worked as a home-school teacher for children with special needs, and taught Pilates fitness classes. She has worked with a wide variety and ages, abilities, and needs.
Molli currently serves as the Director of a mentoring program for at-risk youth. She has been trained in a variety of social-emotional learning techniques to help students succeed both in and out of the classroom. Molli is passionate about helping children work to their fullest potential. She believes that every child has the possibility to succeed with hard work and the right mindset.
Molli loves to explore the great outdoors as a hiker, rock-climber, backpacker and any activity on the water.
